Heartbreak can shatter more than just our hearts; it can scatter our sense of self, our joy, our trust, and our grounding. I know this, not just from working with others, but from living through it myself.
The heartbreak that shaped The Love Within was born from betrayal, the kind that doesn't just break your heart, it cracks open your sense of reality. One moment I was in, what I thought to be a committed, loving relationship, and the next I was standing in the rubble of lies I didn't see coming. I was in a tower moment. It wasn't the loss of the person, it was the loss of trust, of safety, of a version of myself who believed I was protected in love. The shock was physical, I could feel it in my chest, in my stomach, in every shaky breath. I was faced with a choice: close myself off and let the hurt harden me; or stay open and find a way to heal without losing the softness of my heart. That choice, to stay open, is the reason this programme exists. It's the map I followed to walk myself out of the darkness, one gentle step at a time.
This is more than a course. It’s a self-guided, soul-nourishing experience; a 28-day journey back to yourself. Every day includes a journal prompt and two practices that support you gently and powerfully; whether that’s EFT tapping to release stuck emotions, breathwork to regulate your nervous system, or meditations to soothe your heart. Some days guide you through visualisations or reflective practices. Others invite you to release what no longer serves, old stories, past versions of yourself, or energy that isn’t yours to carry.
There are two ways to take part:

It’s all self-paced. You can take a day off, revisit a part that feels sticky, or go at a rhythm that suits where you’re at emotionally. And if you ever need a bit of extra support, I’m just a message away via WhatsApp or email.
One of my favourite parts? The section on bringing joy back in. For me, joy had quietly slipped away in the relationship, little by little. This part of the programme reminded me what it felt like to laugh freely, to move, to play, to feel light again. And joy, I’ve learned, is medicine.
I created this programme while I was still healing. It’s raw, real, and rooted in what actually works, not fluffy theory, but tools that helped me process the pain more quickly and stay open, rather than shut down. That alone is a huge shift.
